The SEC always delivers. We saw pandemonium in Death Valley, a beatdown in Athens, and much more across the best conference in college football. We’re squarely in the home stretch now with just three games remaining, so make sure you preemptively cancel any Saturday plans for the rest of November.

If there was any hope that one of the guys could get on a run to close out the year and claw back to .500, that was shot this weekend. Our picks against the spread stunk again. The Waco Kid now has a two game advantage in that department, while Bossman remains atop the straight up picking leaderboard. Although our picks have been garbage, we’ve all been garbage together so at least the race to the finish will be close. Let’s hit the recaps.

Kentucky 21 - Missouri 17

Bossman Slim: This was not the way Mizzou wanted to start off after giving Eli Drinkwitz an extension through 2027. I expected Mizzou to win the turnover battle in this one, but that was not the case. Both of these stellar defenses played well and kept the opponent’s offense mostly in check as many expected. Kentucky had nine TFLs and two sacks, containing the Missouri offense all day. Mizzou was in the Kentucky backfield all day as well, tallying 6 sacks and 11 TFLs, but Will Levis protected the ball all day and still looked every bit of what NFL scouts are salivating over. He got the Wildcats off to a fast start, throwing two dimes on their first drive, including a strike to Dane Key to make it 7-0. Kentucky would go up 14-3 with 5:47 to go in the 3rd quarter, capping off an 8-play, 34-yard 4-minute drive, but Mizzou was not done. The Tigers fought back and produced Brady Cook rushing touchdowns on two straight drives to go up 17-14 with 8-minutes to go in the 4th. In big time moments, your stars need to make big time plays - that’s what happened when Levis answered the bell and led the Wildcats down on the ensuing drive, throwing another strike to Dane Key who got a few YACs on a 22-yard reception for the go ahead score. Mizzou had two more chances but couldn’t get it done. A big win for Kentucky that should give them some confidence back. For Mizzou, it’s another close loss, their fourth of the season by seven points or less. Brutal. I will say, I love the old school look that Eli Drinkwitz has brought back to the Mizzou uniform set…for whatever that’s worth. Kentucky gets a cupcake Vandy team next week before a showdown with Georgia, while Mizzou has to get up again next week for Tennessee. No rest for the weary in the SEC.

The Hammer: Sometimes you need some breaks to go your way during a football season in order to win games. Up to this point, more breaks had been going against Kentucky (many of them self inflicted) than in their favor. Well, Kentucky got a big break in this one with 2:25 left in the game when the Wildcats lined up to punt on their own 41 yard line with a 21-17 lead. The snap went way over the punters head, the punter ran back to pick up the ball all the way inside the 5 yard line and miraculously got a punt off that didn't even make it back to the line of scrimmage. HOWEVA (Stpehen A Smith voice), the Wildcat punter was decked by a Missouri player as he was punting the ball and the punter was inside the hash marks, leading to a flag for roughing the punter that gave Kentucky a first down. This allowed them to bleed the clock down to 38 seconds before they were forced to punt again, pinning Mizzou way back in their own territory with essentially no hope. I’ve never seen a play like that in my life and it's a heck of a way to lose for Missouri but by the rule book, it was the correct call. Aside from that wild play, this game was really evenly matched as I suspected (I predicted a 20-17 Kentucky win). Kentucky has 252 total yards of offense and Missouri has 232. Each team averaged less than 3 yards per carry and time of possession was very close. The defenses for both teams showed up to play, and neither offense is capable of beating good defenses consistently. This was a big bounce back win for Mark Stoops and Kentucky, while Mizzou is stuck with another heartbreaking loss in what has been a brutal 2022 season.

The Waco Kid: Mizzou kept this closer than expected due to their defensive efforts. Of course, for the Tigers it was always going to have to be the defense to win the game for them. Their offense just cannot score enough points for the defense to allow more than 20 a game. Unfortunately, UM allowed 21 and that was all the Wildcats needed to stay alive. Levis and CRod both had pretty good days combining for almost 300 yards and 21 points, but it was Levis who was more impressive scoring three touchdowns through the passing attack. Missouri’s Brady Cook struggled throwing the rock but was able to find the end zone twice in the run game. Kentucky will move on to Vandy next week for another cupcake conference contest while the Tigers travel to Knoxville to take on the Tennessee Volunteers. That one will not even be close UT should win by at least 24.

Florida 41 - Texas A&M 24

Bossman Slim: I changed my pick late, and glad I did. A&M’s offense put up one of the better half’s that we’ve seen from them all year…but it ends there. The second half was a completely different story in this Jekyll and Hyde game for the Aggies. A&M was playing without 30+ players, who were unavailable due to a flu outbreak in the locker room this week. Still, the Aggies took a 24-21 lead into halftime and looked like they could win this game - ESPN gave them a 73% chance to win the game coming out of halftime. Now that’s funny. That was before Devon Achane, through now fault of his own, disappeared yet again in the second half. Anthony Richardson played his best game this year, posting a 93 QBR, 201 yards and 2 TDs through the air and 78 yards and 2 TDs on the ground, including a 60-yard scramble in the 1st quarter that is must see. The Gators also gashed this susceptible Aggie defense on the ground to the tune of 291 yards and 3 TDs. This is what A&M’s drives in the second half looked like: punt, punt, punt, fumble, fumble, turnover on downs, punt. The Florida defense locked-in in the second half, pressured Haynes King into two fumbles that were due to a porous offense line, which was without multiple starters, and imposed their will on the Aggies in the second half. There are still no answers in College Station, while Florida gets a solid win on the road to improve to 5-4. The Aggies get a resilient Auburn team next week on the road, while Florida heads back to Gainesville for a pecking order game with South Carolina. If AR-15 looks like he did against A&M, the Gators should run away with that one.

The Hammer: Well, I picked A&M to win here (remind me to quit doing that) but I was not aware of the massive amount of players that would be out due to the flu and various injuries. A&M has been hammered with injuries all year long, but with the flu virus going around the team, I saw reports that A&M was missing over 30 scholarship players in this game. All that said, the Aggies still had a chance to win this game and were even winning at half time. The offense looked good in the first half with Devon Achane running for over 100 yards and putting up 24 points. Then Florida adjusted and the Aggies did not. Give Billy Napier and his staff credit for figuring some stuff out defensively and continuing to pound the rock offensively because A&M’s run defense couldn't stop a high school team right now, especially with the number of guys that were unavailable. Anthony Richardson played a phenomenal game, throwing for 201 yards and two TDs along with 78 rushing yards and two more TDs. The Gators ran for 291 yards on 50 carries. Simply put for A&M, you cannot win football games in the SEC with that kind of run defense. Just won’t happen. Perhaps even more perplexing is the fact that Achane ran for 122 yards on 16 carries (7.6 ypc) overall, yet he only got 3 carries in the entire 3rd quarter when the game was still very close and A&M was not forced to throw in an attempt to catch up. Haynes King attempted 11 passes in the 3rd quarter. And what do you know, A&M did not score in the 3rd quarter (or the entire second half) and their drives consisted of three 3 and outs and one five play drive before another punt. For as much flack as Jimbo has gotten about the A&M offense in 2022, he deserves it all. That is not a recipe to win games and he just lost his 5th straight at A&M, tying the Aggies worst losing streak since 1980.

The Waco Kid: Texas A&M solidified their subpar ranking with a sixth loss on the season. This was a team that had all of the hype at the beginning of the year and now they will be lucky to make any type of bowl game. The matchup with Florida was one that they could have definitely walked away with a victory from, instead they are forced to finish out the year 3-0 to make the postseason. It does not seem like a culture issue or problems in the locker room that are holding back the Aggies. The main deterrent seems to be the lack of offensive productivity and finding a game plan that actually works against SEC competition. If Jimbo wants to be successful, he needs to let go of the reins a little bit and hire an offensive play caller rather than taking it into his own hands. He has proven his calls are antiquated and predictable by the opposing defense. If you cannot add a little bit of mystery into a plan, then it is easily stopped. It did not help that Haynes King was back in the starting position due to the flu taking out six players including Connor Weigman. An offense can not run efficiently when the leader is constantly changing week to week. It looked as though the Maroon and White had found their guy in Weigman but setback after setback keeps holding the team down. Anthony Richardson also came out firing for the Gators. The Richardson that showed up was the same one that beat Utah and took Tennessee down to the wire. He ended the day throwing for 200 yards and two TDs and ran for 78 and another two scores. UF looked like the better team last Saturday, while A&M is still struggling. Both teams have favorable matchups this weekend and should add another W to the column.

#1 Georgia 27 - #2 Tennessee 13

Bossman Slim: Those Dawgs were barking all day, weren’t they? After Erik Ainge took a shot at the Sanford Stadium environment mid-week, Georgia fans were loud as hell for 60 minutes, reaching the decibel levels of an airplane taking off. I expected Tennessee to keep this one much closer than they did. Georgia’s defense were like bees to a hive on Saturday, suffocating this prolific Volunteer offense. Tennessee was only able to muster 289 total yards of total offense, by far their lowest output of the season. Hendon Hooker has been getting all of the Heisman hype of late, deservedly so, but it was #13 in for the Red and Black on Saturday that looked like the Heisman candidate. Tombstone Bennett struck early, hitting Kenny McIntosh for 52 yards and then capping it off with a 13 yard scramble TD where he flashed the “call me” symbol to rub it in Tennessee fans faces after his phone number was leaked, amounting to his phone getting 600-700 calls and texts the night before the game. He hit McIntosh again on the following drive for a 49 yard gain that set up a 5-yard TD pass to Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint. With Georgia up 24-6 midway through the 3rd quarter, a storm moved in and dumped rain on Athens, making this a mud bowl and rendering a Tennessee comeback almost impossible. A massive win for the Bulldogs who have everything still in front of them with this win. For Tennessee, playoff hopes are still alive (especially with Clemson and Alabama losing), but it’s a dent in the resume and they’ll need to win out to have a chance at securing a spot in the top 4. Georgia heads to Starkville next week to take on a floundering Mississippi State team, while Tennessee takes on a scrappy Mizzou squad in Neyland.

The Hammer: I wasn't surprised by the outcome of this game, although I did think Tennessee would cover. Georgia is the reigning national champs and still the best team in college football. Expecting Tennessee to win in Athens was always an incredibly tall task, but the way Georgia bottled up the Vols offense did surprise me. Tennessee had nothing going offensively and didn't even score a TD until garbage time with four minutes left in the game. Georgia suffocated Hendon Hooker and the Vols run game all day, only allowing 2.2 yards per carry and tallying 6 sacks and 8 tackles for loss. The Dawgs front seven obliterated Tennessee and the Vols didn't have an answer. On offense, Georgia did what they needed to do. Stetson Bennett was efficient and he took care of the ball. The Dawgs run game wasn’t very explosive, but they kept running the ball and just sucked the life out of Tennessee. Once the rain started coming down, it was clear this game was over. So what did we learn here? Tennessee is still really good but winning on the road is hard. The Vols are still in store for a great season and are not totally out of the CFP conversation yet, although it doest look good right now. And when it comes to Georgia, they are still the kings. Until someone beats them, I’m going to pick Georgia to win every game. They are more talented than anyone in the country and when they play with that edge and sense of urgency like they did today, they look unbeatable.

The Waco Kid: A little less scoring than expected by both teams, but this one came out just about the way I figured it would. I believe I had UGA by 14 and that was the exact spread. I was a little disappointed in Tennessee’s lack of offensive productivity. I thought even against one of the best defenses in the nation that Hooker and Hyatt could put up at least 20, but they struggled scoring the 13 points that they did. Stetson Bennett came out firing and mad after Vol fans leaked his cell phone number and were calling him throughout the night before game day. He even threw out a little ode to UT by flashing the call me sign after a 13 yard touchdown scamper to start the Dawgs scoring for the day. I mean c’mon Tennessee, do you not know better than to piss off the man who led his team to a Natty less than a year ago and continues to have his way with defenses? Maybe people will finally stop writing him off as a mediocre quarterback after this season. I mean the guy threw for over 250 and scored three TDs against the number 1 team in the nation. Granted, Georgia should have never fallen out of the #1 spot because in my opinion you cannot be the best unless you beat the best and no one has toppled the Beast of the East yet. Tennessee is now living on a prayer to make it to Atlanta for the SEC Championship, the only way in is for Kirby Smart to fall to Kentucky which at this point does not seem feasible. However, the Vols do still have a chance at the Playoff if a few teams lose and Georgia wins the SEC. Georgia faces Mississippi State on Saturday and this game is just a cross conference formality. The Dawgs will most likely finish out the season undefeated and look to repeat as national champions.

#23 Liberty 21 - Arkansas 19

Bossman Slim: Ouch. This was the last thing Arkansas needed was to go down at home to Hugh Freeze as 14-point favorites. Liberty took advantage of this suspect Arkansas secondary early, going up 21-0 on three passing TDs from Flames QB Jonathan Bennett and took a 21-3 lead into halftime. The Arkansas offense had the numbers to win this game, putting up 428 total yards to Liberty’s 315, and out-rushed and out-passed the Flames. But turnovers in critical moments and drives that had promise but stalled were ultimately Arkansas’s demise. The Razorbacks mounted a comeback late and had a chance to tie the game with a 2-point conversion after a clutch 7-play, 85-yard drive that was capped off by a Trey Knox circus TD reception with 1:11 to go. On the 2-pt conversion attempt, Jefferson plowed ahead on a designed QB run that was called short on the field but was as close as it could get. The refs reviewed the call for an eon, but could not overturn it, mainly because Razorbacks WR Matt Landers was inadvertently in the way of the best camera angle ESPN had. Liberty walks out with a huge win for Auburn’s next head coach. Arkansas has to pick up the pieces again as this season has turned disappointing, but they do not have time to sleep or pout. The Hogs have three straight difficult games to conclude the season: LSU and Ole Miss at home in subsequent weeks, then at Missouri to close the season. Put this one behind you Hogs, there’s much more football to be played.

The Hammer: Hugh Feeze! What a terrible loss for Arkansas. I know Liberty is a good team and Freeze can coach, but you cannot lose this game if you’re Arkansas. It’s inexcusable. Somehow the physical, and at times overpowering, rushing attack of Arkansas was stifled by Liberty. Not a big time SEC team like Alabama or LSU. No, it was Liberty that held Rocket Sanders to 60 yards rushing and KJ Jefferson to just 36 yards rushing. Overall, Arkansas only managed 144 yards on 42 rushing attempts (3.4 ypc). That stat line makes no sense, and it has to fall on Sam Pittman and that coaching staff. I don’t know if the honeymoon period is over for Pittman, and I still think he is a really good coach, but this is a really bad loss. And Arkansas has had a few of those so far this year. Maybe Pittman isn’t the second coming of Nick Saban or Kirby Smart as Arkansas fans tried to claim he was this offseason? This game, and most of the 2022 season has been a tall drink of reality for Arkansas. With games against LSU, Ole Miss and a pesky Missouri team remaining, the Razorbacks might be forced to drink more of that reality cocktail before the year ends.

The Waco Kid: Wow, I cannot believe Liberty pulled off the upset. Yes, they were ranked higher than Arkansas but the Razorbacks seemed to have an all around better team. At the very least, a better quarterback in KJ Jefferson. For them to only put up 19 points with Jefferson and Sanders in the backfield, says a ton about the Liberty defense. To put that into perspective Mississippi State has been the only other team this season to hold Arkansas to under 20 points in a game. That is quite an impressive feat seeing as they have played Alabama, Texas A&M, Auburn, BYU, and Cincinnati as well. The Liberty D caused Jefferson to turn the ball over more than usual as he threw two picks in this one. Hugh Freeze continues to keep his name in the minds of SEC programs with wins over his former conference with inferior talent. I would not be surprised if teams start calling on him soon trying to lure him away from the Flames. Offensively Liberty QB Johnathan Bennett threw for over 200 yards and three scores. It seems as though the team has found their new Malik Willis. Arkansas hosts LSU this weekend and will look to try and upset a red hot Tiger team. They have the talent to do so but will have to play a near perfect game against a team that just handed Nick Saban his second loss on the season.

#15 LSU 32 - #6 Alabama 31

Bossman Slim: No one thought LSU would be here in Brian Kelly’s first year, least of all me. I had Bama winning this one by double digits and was promptly served up some crow courtesy of Jayden Daneisl and Brian Kelly. We’ve seen how good LSU can be at their best, and the entire SEC should be concerned with how good this Tiger team looks like in Kelly’s first year. Meanwhile, the sky is falling in Tuscaloosa if you talk to any of their fans. They have their pitchforks out and are ready to run off both coordinators. In their defense, Alabama hasn’t been eliminated from national title contention this early in a season since 2010. I won’t count out Alabama and proclaim the end of a dynasty until Saban hangs it up, but this year has been concerning for the Crimson Tide. We’ll see if Saban and co can rally the troops to finish the year strong despite not being in the CFP conversation.

The Hammer: Holy smokes what a game in Baton Rouge. This is the win Brian Kelly and his fahhmuleee have been praying for so faithfully at Sunday service each weekend. In all seriousness, I will never let go of the fake accent he pulled out, but there is nothing to make fun of when it comes to Kelly’s coaching prowess and this Tiger team. They are really good, and Brian Kelly has some serious stones. Going for two like he did in the first overtime took guts, and I loved the call. Even if Bama stopped him, the Tigers would have gone down swinging. Bravo, Brian Kelly. I thought we would see Alabama figure some things out here and win relatively comfortably, but boy was I wrong. Alabama continues to struggle offensively and without the impromptu playmaking of Bryce Young, this team would be an 8 win squad at best. The Crimson Tide continue to struggle getting separation from wideouts down field, and the offensive line is inconsistent in pass protection. Bryce Young was hurried 10 times and sacked twice, mostly thanks to all-world freshman Harold Perkins for LSU, who was all over the field on Saturday. On the offensive side of the ball, Jayden Daniels continues to do absolutely everything for LSU. Daniels threw for 182 yards and two TDs on 22/32 attempts and he added 95 yards and another TD on the ground on 18 rushing attempts. LSU totaled 367 yards of offense and Daniels accounted for 277 of those. The guy is playing as good as (maybe better) any QB in the country right now and until someone can slow him down, LSU will continue to be dangerous. Absolutely massive win for LSU and a crushing loss for Alabama, who now finds themselves basically out of the SEC West and CFP race.

The Waco Kid: Brian Kelly actually did it, and in his first year on the Bayou no less. He took down Nick Saban and the Tide in this huge rivalry when most thought he should not even be coaching in the SEC let alone at a historically top of the conference program. But that fake southern accent having, bad dancing son of a gun pulled off one of the upsets of the year. It did not come easy as Bama took the Tigers into overtime in Baton Rouge, but a gutsy call to go for the two point conversion ended the game with a win for LSU. Kelly now has the Bayou Bengals poised for an SEC Championship invitation in Atlanta against most likely an unstoppable Georgia team. QB Jayden Daniels accounted for three total touchdowns against the Tide, but what was really impressive was the way LSU was able to keep Bryce Young and company out of the end zone as much as they did. Young only threw one touchdown due to the purple and gold stiffening up defensively. Now the West title is in their hands and they can either grab it or let it slip away while Saban has to sit back, wait, and hope the Bayou Boys drop the ball against at least one more West opponent for his squad to have a shot at Atlanta. While the Tide still has to roll through Ole Miss, LSU has to defeat either Arkansas or Texas A&M to clinch the title. Both teams have faltered throughout the season but both are capable of an upset. The West should be fun to watch play out.

Mississippi State 39 - Auburn 33

Bossman Slim: They lost in heartbreaking fashion - but how about those Auburn Tigers? They showed fight when no one expected them to after what has been a disappointing, lackluster season where their coach was just fired. That can happen in these spots, when a beloved interim coach (Ed O LSU, anyone?) gets a team fired up and rallies the troops to play for each other. That’s what happened here as Auburn took Mississippi State to the wire in a game many, including me, did not think would be close. Most expected Auburn to roll over, and who would blame them? But they didn’t. They fought hard, especially after being down 24-6 at halftime and it looked like they were about to go belly up. Instead, they scored 19 points on three-straight drives to take the lead 25-24 as the rushing attack got going. How about that for guts? Mississippi State fought back and went up 30-25 on a 33-yard TD pass from Will Rogers to RaRa Thomas on a slant…but Auburn would answer yet again, going up 33-30 on a Jarquez Hunter TD with 1:05 to go. The Bulldogs were able to get it inside field goal range and knocked a 44-yarder through the uprights THREE TIMES after Cadiallac Williams called two timeouts to ice State kicker Massimo Biscardi. In OT, Auburn missed a field goal on their chance and Mississippi State finished it on a Jo’Quavious Marks 5-yard TD run. What a game this was. Credit to Auburn for the fight they showed, but State ends up victorious. Auburn hosts a reeling Texas A&M squad next week while Mississippi State hosts the best team in the country in Georgia.

The Hammer: Man, yet another surprising and wild game. This conference never disappoints. I laid Auburn to rest last week and assumed that the team was dead with the firing of Bryan Harsin and the pile of losses they have already suffered. Then they were down 24-6 at half time on the road. But they weren’t dead yet! Auburn came storming back in the second half, ultimately taking the lead 33-30 with just over one minute remaining. Unfortunately for the Tigers, Mississippi State came back and hit a field goal with 30 seconds left to tie the game and send it to overtime. Auburn seemed out of gas and missed a FG on the first possession of OT before the Bulldogs quickly scored a TD and ended the game. Give a ton of credit to Cadillac Williams for keeping this team motivated and giving a hell of an effort. He also deserves credit for sticking to one thing Auburn can actually do somewhat well: running the damn ball. Auburn ran 46 times for 256 yards in this one. Meanwhile, they only threw the ball 22 times and completed just 7 of those. Somehow, Mississippi State couldn’t stop the Tiger’s run game and it nearly cost them the game. Luckily for the Bulldogs, Will Rogers played a solid game and the offense bailed them out. Mike Leach and Bulldog fans won’t be too happy after this one, but a win is a win.

The Waco Kid: I really thought Auburn could pull this one off against a struggling Mississippi State team. In my defense they almost did, sending the game into overtime before the Bulldogs put it away. Interim Head Coach Cadillac Williams did what I expected and stuck to the rush attack and it seemed to pay dividends early in the game. However, just like in any contest if the defense knows what is coming they can switch around the game plan to better defend the rush which is ultimately what MSU had to do. That still did not stop the Tigers from rushing for over 250 yards and four touchdowns. The most important thing that happened, occurred after the game rather than during, when Mike Leach brought back to life the issue of players and their fat little girlfriends sitting around eating rather than preparing for the game. It was another majestic moment by Leach that was the sequel to his last girlfriend rant that happened while at Texas Tech. It seems as though no matter where the Pirate goes, the fat little girlfriends follow. Will Rogers did finally get back on track and posted some numbers reminiscent of earlier this season. He torched the AU secondary by throwing for over 350 yards and 3 scores. State has now qualified for a bowl game which is good news. The bad news is that they face Georgia and Ole Miss in two out of their three remaining games. Auburn hosts Texas A&M this Saturday and will look to continue improvements on the offense against a struggling bottom of the West team.

South Carolina 38 at Vanderbilt 27

Bossman Slim: I got the Vandy score right - 27. But I did not expect the offensive output that we saw from South Carolina. The Gamecocks put up 38 points on the back of 5 total TDs, four of those coming through the air. Spencer Rattler accounted for 3 of those TDs and while he wasn’t electric (56.2 QBR), he got the job done. Vanderbilt was able to get the offense going on the ground, with Ray Davis posting 167 yards on 20 carries. The Gamecocks scored 31 of their points in the first half as Vandy put the clamps on in the second half, but it wasn’t enough for them to get the victory. The Commodores are improving, there’s no doubt, but they still have a long way to go. Solid win for Shane Beamer and co. on the road to become bowl eligible for the second straight year. The ‘Cocks head to Florida next week to start a brutal finishing stretch, as they have Tennessee and Clemson to close the year. Vandy is unfortunately staring a 3-9 finish in the face, with 8-straight losses to close the year unless they can pull an upset out of Kentucky, Florida, or Tennessee in their final three games.

The Hammer: Dadgummit, Vandy. I thought this was the game they would finally break through and get an SEC win. Not even close. South Carolina controlled this game from start to finish and led by at least 10 points from the midpoint of the second quarter until the end of the game. Spencer Rattler played his best game all year, going 16/23 for 186 yards and 3 TDs without a turnover. Even without Marshawn Lloyd, the Gamecocks ran the ball well surprisingly, averaging 5.9 yards per carry and totalling 208 yards on the evening. Vanderbilt was able to move the ball quite well offensively, especially running back Ray Davis who ran for 167 yards on 20 carries, but 4 turnovers doomed the Commodores. Hopefully Vandy can get an SEC win in 2023 because its’ not coming in 2022.

The Waco Kid: Vandy still is at the bottom tier of the SEC and look like they may not win a conference game this season. I already wrote this once and the app crashed and deleted everything, so to summarize Clark Lea’s job is a tough one but if he cannot turn it around in the next year or two he may be out of a job with his alma mater. Spencer Rattler had an okay stat line but more importantly did not throw any picks for the first time in what seems like forever. Neither team has an easy matchup next week as the Gamecocks play a Florida team coming off of a big time win in College Station, while Vandy may not win another game this season but have to take it week by week. Saturday they face Kentucky in what I am sure will be a Wildcat beat down.

Kelly’s gamble pays off as LSU upends Alabama, 32-31
